We work in partnership with our clients and act as the lead facilitator of our LEAN Strategic Planning process (including meetings, interviews, etc.), unless otherwise requested. We find that helps to keep the process on track and ensures an efficient and unbiased data collection process.
We are experts at collecting the information necessary to make data driven decisions about the strategy. This important data includes internal and external trends and best practices that drive your business, as well as understanding stakeholder needs and perceptions (surveys, interviews, focus groups, listening sessions). Occasionally, we get asked to do a needs assessment which in essence is a robust, in-depth stakeholder analysis.
We utilize proven tools and facilitation methods that we have developed and honed over the last 35 years. Our aim is to make this process engaging, powerful and relevant. We want participants to be focused on their involvement and input, and less on managing the process and information. Our goal is for you to be an active and contributing participant in the process without worrying about the details.
